Vietnam take on Malaysia today, who have not made it to the finals since 1996, in the 1st leg of their semi-final in Kuala Lumpur.

Unexpected semi-finalists the Philippines, have played very well and will look to defeat the Indonesian side when they play their first leg at the intimidating Gelora Bang Karno Stadium as the Filipinos do not have a stadium which meets the requirements of the AFF Suzuki Cup.
